This cocktail is a summer favorite. Its commingling of bitterness from the Campari and sweetness from the sweet vermouth sets up any meal just right.

Ingredients:

1 oz Gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Orange twist for garnish

Process:

  1. Stir all liquid ingredients together with ice. 
  2. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. 
  3. Garnish with the orange twist.
