APEROL SPRITZ

VISSI D'ARTE

This bubbly bev is the perfect pre-dinner summer aperitivo. Enjoy it alongside some light snacks, or if you prefer, an entire cheese board.

Ingredients:

3 oz Aperol

3 oz Dry Prosecco

1 oz Club Soda or Unflavored Sparking Water

Orange Slice

Process:

  1. Fill wine glass nearly full with ice. Pour in the Aperol. 
  2. Pour in an equal amount of Prosecco. Add a splash of club soda. 
  3. Stir ingredients to combine.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice.
