This bubbly bev is the perfect pre-dinner summer aperitivo. Enjoy it alongside some light snacks, or if you prefer, an entire cheese board.
3 oz Aperol
3 oz Dry Prosecco
1 oz Club Soda or Unflavored Sparking Water
- Fill wine glass nearly full with ice. Pour in the Aperol.
- Pour in an equal amount of Prosecco. Add a splash of club soda.
- Stir ingredients to combine.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
